Dr. Marlin Keith Cox — CEO
     Former NOAA fisheries physiologist, university professor, and XPRIZE science judge. Leads product           direction and represents Bialume with regulators, agencies, and investors.

Courtney Capps — COO

     Drives execution across strategy, sales channels, and partnerships; experienced in startup operations         and grant-funded commercialization.

Carter Bancroft — CTO 
     Leads the BiaLink platform’s architecture, scalability, and security—integrating biosensors and data           pipelines to deliver reliable diagnostics, including for underserved communities.

Dr. Pedro Bertemes Filho — CSO
     Internationally cited bioimpedance engineer. Oversees scientific strategy, assay development, and             validation to ensure rigor across hardware, chemistry, and data.

Structure & Partners

Bialume Technologies is a for-profit S-corporation, positioned to license consumables while retaining core IP. We draw mentorship and field access from Alaska Sea Grant and NOAA, are alumni of gBETA, and are pursuing a CRADA with NMFS/NOAA. U.S. operations under AOAC/USDA guidance (no export restrictions) support faster deployment at coastal hatcheries and stranding sites.
